Community Guidelines

Treat other people with kindness and respect. Different opinions are welcome, but harassment, bullying, threats, hate or personal attacks are not.

You can chat without revealing your real-world identity. Never share someone else's private information, and don't pressure anyone to reveal personal details.

Migo.chat is for people from different backgrounds, cultures and countries. Don't target or discriminate against anyone because of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other personal characteristics.

Don't stalk, threaten, intimidate, humiliate or repeatedly bother other users. If someone makes you uncomfortable, leave the conversation, block them and report them.

Don't flood chats or events with unwanted messages, advertisements, scams, fake offers, phishing attempts, or requests for money or sensitive information.

Don't use Migo.chat to promote illegal activity, violence, exploitation, or content that could seriously harm others.

Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited. Any sexual exploitation of minors will be removed and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Migo is an 18+ service.

Don't pretend to be another person, organisation, celebrity or Migo.chat staff member in order to deceive others.

Don't deliberately disrupt conversations, repeatedly post irrelevant content, or attempt to overwhelm or interfere with groups, events or the Migo.chat service.

Quick events happen in real places. Meet in public areas, respect quiet spaces such as libraries and study rooms, and trust your instincts — you are never obliged to stay.

If you see content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, block the user and contact us at contact@migo.chat. We review reports and may remove content or restrict or suspend accounts that violate our rules.

Groups are currently created and managed by Migo.chat. We're adding new groups over time — some are available now, others are coming soon. Our goal is simple: give everyone a place to talk, connect and find their people.

Migo.chat is a community made up of real people. You don't know what someone else may be going through. Be kind. Be respectful. Give people a chance. Nobody has to feel alone.
